Hina Rabbani Khar has presented the budget for the year of 2009. This budget is focused on more taxes directly and indirectly. Or this budget can be said to be presented only to announce new taxes.

This budget is special for the Hina Rabbani Kher as it leads her to be the first women to present any budget in Pakistan which is a good sign. Hina Rabbani is a leader from the ruling party of PPPP and holds distinct place in the party. She also represents a seperate class of out spoken politicians who actually often works for the betterment of the public and ‘poor awam‘.

She is born on Jan, 19, 1977 in the city of Multan. She graduated from University of Massachusetts – USA. She call herself a businesswomen by profession. She got her B.Sc (Hons) from Lahore Uni of Management Sciences in the year 1999 with M.Sc in 2001 from the U.S.A.
