{Pakistan Speaks}

Kara Film Festival 7 has been started from Wednesday 04, Feb 2009. This festival was not able to be arranged since last two years, but this year finally authorities have managed to arrange it safely.

In this festival films, shortfilms, documentries are being displayed from all over the world. So far people are praising Indian short film "Shanti Plus" and one from Pakistan's side on Tehrik-e-Niswan’s topic.
