Dr. Zaheer-ud-din Babar Awan. Babar Awan or Dr. Zaheer-ud-din Babar Awan is the selected MNA of present PPP goverment and present himself as a doctorate from University of Monticello but recently it is been found that this university is involved in issuing fake degrees and without a proper liscensing form the state. University of Monticello provides degrees and education and well known for distant education. For this act this university has been fined with 1.7 million and ordered to return back the tuition fee to all of its students.
