This is last and easist option to block your phone simply email the basic information to PTA at imei@pta.gov.pk

How to Find Out IMEI Number of your Cellphone

1. 1. Simply dial *#06# and you IMEI number will be displayed, not it down to remember it.
   2. Second way is to find out the box of the lost cellphone, the actual phone IMEI is always printed on the original box of every phone.
