So in my view women should not be FORCED to have a chadder or burqa....guys think logically Huhhhhhh There is an old saying of Urdu:

Men seem to have a Liscence from God Almighty to look at women and stare them out of existence.Bravo Peshawar University for showing their concern about Muslim mind you not just Pakhtun culture.Its never too late but these ideals need to be ingrained both at home and at the institutions. No fanaticism or extremism is implied here because the Almighty Himself preffers the middle path. It must be noted that modernity lies not in showing off what is own private 'self'. Modernity lies in the stuff of the mind and action. No irony/sarcasm is meant here.This is a sincere comment.And for Goodneses sake do politicise such issues the whole country is already in the line of fire.
