Zong’s service does not ‘underestimate’ Google, it allows for questions to be asked when Google is not readily available to the user. It is a mobile service. Unlike Google the service is not a search engine or an AI bot trawling keywords, it is real people, (experts) answering questions using their specific knowledge of a subject, or researching the answers to bring value to the customer by providing the most exact answers possible, within the time permitted.
