Sex With Woman On Promise Of Marriage Is Rape? - What You Say
Love making by a married man with a woman/girl by making her believe that he was unmarried or on the promise of marriage is rape, according to Indian Supreme Court Law.
What about the it’s status in Pakistan ? yeh all know we live in and under Islamic induced muslim law, but on the other hand we know this too that “How much our country is following that Islamic Law” else this question seems rubbish.

if a man has sex with a girl on a FALSE pormise to marry her then it is FRAUD …..not RAPE.
and if india has this law then it is extremely irrational and misandrist. f
irslty why only men. women also play with men and make them beleive they are serious only to ditch them later.
married women have sexual affairs with younger boys all the time.
female employees, secretaries etc have CONSENSUAL sex with their male bosses (who are married) very common.
this law will have very bad consequences.
think of this situation.
a guy and a girl promise to marry and have sex. later due to circumstances the boy cannot marry her. now if he tells her that he cannot do it or maybe the relationship isnt as good as before and the guy GENUINELY wants to withdraw. te girl can easily go to courst and file for rape !!
why the society behaves in a way to encourage women to be irreposnsilbe about their decisions regarding sex. sex doesnt happen to women ….women do sex for their own enjoyment too. but the laws the attitutde of society encourages them to be wishy washy.

this is rape, if any one say that its not rape he is idot, he don’t know any thing, if any one promise to women / girl of marriage but he do sex, after sex he kick the girl / women then he search for an other lover (SEX), but how can any girl / women is ready for this ……….
why these girls / womens are trust those stupid guys, those guys target is only sex, they not love any one, these guys LOVE , SEX and then KICK, …………………..

i can prove how irrational this law is.
any person who supports this law should care to answer each of these points first.
obviously i dont expect the people above to answer because they are IRRATIONAL (just look at what they have written)
and if you care to answer please be rational and LOGICAL.
(1) since there is a lot of feminist bullshit around these days claiming that men and women can both be raped by each other…tell me what happens when a woman makes a false marriage promise with a guy? is the guy raped as well if they screw during the dourse of the relationship?
(2) virginity can be a very important and sacred thing for many girls BUT not an issue for others. what if the ‘victim’ of false promise is a girl who is otherwise quite open to casual sex and affairs and had sex in previous relationships. should the law apply to her as well? and if you say that it shouldnt and it should only be applied on victims who are genuinely effected then my naive friends, in law, rape is rape not bcos of the effect on the victim but because its rape in the TECHNICAL SENSE. i hope mr babarazm can understand this.
(3) there are a lot of guys out there (much greater in number than FALSE PROMISERS) who are STUDS & PLAYERS. they seduce girls and have sex with them without making any formal verbal commitment or a promise to marry. all the time the girl usually ASSUMES that the relationship is serious but he is only palying with her and in it for physical intimacy. what about these guys. just bcos they dont make a damn verbal promise would mean they get away with everything??
(4) there are many non-verbal cues and several other things which can IMPLY that the relationship has become serious. irrespective of a verbal promise.
(5) why do people think that its a ‘marriage promise’ that will attract women and make them jump into bed with any tom dick and harry and therefore a dangerous thing. you have to ATTRACT a girl first. the promise of marriage is only a much later stage in the relationship and if sex happens it means the girl is already sexually attracted to the guy. and also these days well before a prmise of marriage is made the couple usually engages in kissing and making out during the early stages
(6) what if a guy is serious with a girl and makes a promise of marriage and is having sex. BUT he misinforms her of somthing. something which is serious enough that will make it impossible for the marriage to realize. for instance the guy lies about his financial position, his caste/religion (which matters in society, or anything else that is serious enuff to cause a change in decisision. what will happen in such a case? the guy still says he is serious and not withdrawing his PROMISE.
will this be rape as well.
(7) according to this law if a married man is having sex with another woman without dosclosing his marital status to her then regardless of a marriage promise, it will be rape.
a rational human being knows that such a man is only liable to his wife for his extra-marital affairs
