Now a days we often perceive the sound of “Minus one or minus two Formula” which narrates the restoration of deposed Judges (In November, 2007 under the act of PCO) without the deposed Chief Justice of PakistanMr.IIftikhar Mohammad Chaudhary

Mr.IIftikhar Mohammad Chaudhary or Justice Javed Iqbal. There are various humors that this formula is under consideration. Government is consented to restore deposed Judges if they take off their Hands from the restoration of deposed Chief Justice of Pakistan. But widely if we glimpse on our entire political scenario we can easily observe that it can be a conspiracy from President House against our two major coalition powers. Because this time only this issue of re-instatement of Judges can be the Bone of contention between these two for break-up of their coalition.

PML-N has caged itself into a circle of time and PPP administration is seems to be under high pressure of invisible forces. Although they are stressing to take appropriate measures without any delays on resolving the issue of Re-instatement of deposed Judges, But PPP officials are unable to set a Time –frame or a deadline, as our Law Minister.

Mr. Farooq H. Naek stated on 16th May, 2008. He also conceded that quick restoration of Judiciary would better for everyone for the nation, for Judges and even for PPP itself. The re-instatement of deposed judges is being delayed by Legal problems and Parliament is working out to re-instating them in a proper way. He further said that government believes in restoration of Judges but will avoid taking any hasty unconstitutional step. No any MINUS ONE OR MINUS TWO FORMULAS is under consideration. He also admitted that President Pervaiz Musharaf applied an illegal act, suspended Constitution and introduced PCO on November 3, 2007.

In short, now this is a responsibility of our political powers to preserve our national credibility and give respects to their national mandate by continuing their ties in the widely interests of our country.

Pakistan is suffering from its crucial period and this coalition break-up can be more crucial for it. PML-N Leaders should not be strict on time-frame and PPP Leaders should create flexibility in their motives. Both the officials must understand the sensitivity of this legal matter and other issues as well from where a common person is suffering.
