I am Shafqat Mehboob from Chak No. 130 SB Sillanwali Sargodha. On 3rd January 2011, I went to Zong Franchise Abdullah Telecom Committee Road. I told them that I had booked a number of Zong through their website (m9.com). They replied that they are out of stock and they could not issue me the required number. On 8 January I went again during the office time but CRO (customer relation officer) asked me to wait because he was going to drop his sister to home who was a student at some college. I waited for more than one and half hour. When he came back to the office I requested him to issue me the number that I had already booked through the website m9.com. He replied that he had his own problems and issues and he had nothing to do with my request and could not issue me the number. I have a video as proof when he was not in his office. I complained to Mr. Altaf (+923157444397). Mr. Altaf refused to hear me and I had to face humiliation at his office. I complaind to Head Office Sargodha for the same Issue. Mr. Arif is the area manager (+923139660999) of Sargodha region asked me to book another number and leave the number that was book by me. I again complained to Islamabad Head Office (complaint No. 3136516088) and complaint was forwarded to Miss Sabah (supervisor of head office). Miss Sabah called be to tell me that My complaint will be dealt with with in a few days.
After one and half month The number has not been issued to me and my complaint was not dealt with.
Zong employees have very cheep behavior towards their customers. They do not provide what they advertise. They do not attend their offices and do not help customers to solve their problems. They do not pay their duties properly. They are very very bad and I hate them.Zong

I went to Zong main Jinnah road office three days back to get my laptop configured with my cel phone so tht I can browse internet while on the move…I must appreciate the way Quetta zong staff entertained me even after closing time and answered every query of mine…I left Warid because of pathetic customer services they give such rude staff they have in Quetta.

zong is good service but major problem in dikhan signal is not improve so kindly improve ur signal i means ur service signal is very poor so i request to techmical dep: plz solve this dangrious issue .becuse i say zong zong karti may kamri may aati hoon but signal is nothing.?

Salaaam to all muslim brothers & sisters out there actually i was trying to looking for a actual ”ZONG WEBISTE ON GOOGLE SERCH ENGINE” in meanwhile i saw this zong forum site just felt to express myself to write something about “ZONG ” but anyhow the reason to writting in here is that i just got married in may 08 & my wife have been using ”ZONG SERVICE” since july 2008 just to make me the calls in canada as you almost zong users know tht u may pick up a one specific national or internationl # ETC… to make the call at the lower rate for(PER MIN). I’m so disappointed with ”ZONG SERVICE” come on guys give me a break i m not zong hater just to let u all know that before anyone of u is going to buy ”ZONG SIM” dont forget when u call long distance (1st) -There will be lots of cutt off in the voice (2nd)-Almost of the time u can’t even make a call due to the busy service etc…(3rd)-ok once ur call connected make sure u stay where ever ur if u move somewhere else it might be disconnect(4rth)-My wife could send me the sms but when i do her reply she never recieve any one them (5rth)- According to my wife, when she call to ”ZONG CUSTOMER SERVICE mashallah no response for a while what kind of customer service is this? Are they really serious with their bussiness or wht ? Are they just trying to make people fool to give the their packages just to get the zong users many users more profit who cares about the service? peronally my wife and me found Zong service really inconvenience.

i am not very impressed with ZONG bcoz there is no any free sms package.when i call 111222111 they said there will soon a free sms package.but when soon i am waiting 4 this package from a month.If u now when it will come so plz tell me simply send a new comment.i will buy zong sim when the free sms package will come out.i am using ufone at this time.

Zong is very good mobile company operating service in pakistan. Allot of pakistani visited to Afhgnaistan and Afghani visited to pakistan every day because they relative at each country. So please innounced a package to call at lower rate and also make contract with mobile companies operating now in afghanistan. Thus we can SUB KEH DO…………
